Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy explains how Hubei Huanzhi Technology Co., Ltd. (“Huanzhi,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you use Robot Zephyr on iOS or Android. Platform privacy disclosures may provide additional details for a particular store or device.

Information processed

Depending on your device, settings, consent choices, and how you use the game, the game and its service providers may process:

How information is used

We use this information to operate and improve the game, remember purchases and remove-ads entitlements, attribute installs and activity to acquisition sources, measure game and campaign performance, measure advertising and purchase revenue, validate eligible purchases, prevent fraud and duplicate grants, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and—where permitted—deliver and measure advertising.

Advertising, analytics, and attribution

Robot Zephyr uses Google Mobile Ads for advertising, Firebase Analytics for product and revenue measurement, and Tenjin as a mobile measurement provider on iOS and Android. Tenjin helps us attribute installs and app activity to campaigns, analyze campaign and selected in-game conversion performance, measure ad and in-app-purchase revenue, validate eligible in-app purchases, and help identify invalid or fraudulent activity. Tenjin may receive campaign-attribution data from advertising or marketing partners that we authorize.

For those purposes, Tenjin may process the device, app, network, identifier, attribution, session, milestone, purchase-validation, ad-impression-revenue, and fraud-prevention data described above. Tenjin receives selected gameplay milestones rather than the complete content of your gameplay.

Consent, tracking, and advertising identifiers

Consent choices are collected through Google’s consent tools where required, and the game reads the applicable consent and platform state before starting Tenjin measurement. If an applicable Google consent choice denies the storage or processing needed for Tenjin, the game opts out of Tenjin and suppresses queued Tenjin measurement events.

On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission controls access to the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). Tenjin receives the IDFA only when ATT authorization and other applicable requirements permit it. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track,” the IDFA is not available, although permitted measurement without the IDFA may continue using app-scoped information such as the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), app and session events, and Apple’s privacy-preserving attribution mechanisms. On Android, access to the Google Advertising ID depends on Android settings, consent, and other applicable requirements; it may be unavailable, reset, or limited.

Declining or restricting tracking does not prevent you from using Robot Zephyr or completing purchases. Ads may still appear and may be less personalized, and measurement that does not require an advertising identifier may continue where permitted. You can change relevant privacy or advertising controls in your device settings, and the game may present additional consent or privacy options.

Purchases

In-app purchases are integrated through Unity IAP and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their respective privacy policies govern payment information they collect. The purchase services may process installation or session identifiers, device and country information, product and transaction data, and related diagnostic information needed to operate, analyze, restore, and support purchases.

After the game successfully grants a purchased item or entitlement, it may send Tenjin the product, price, currency, quantity, store transaction or verification identifier, and store receipt or signed purchase payload needed for validated-IAP and purchase-revenue measurement. The exact validation fields differ between Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not send Tenjin full payment-card details.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by Apple, Google, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Tenjin, Unity Technologies, and other vendors that help operate the game. These providers process information under their terms and our instructions, as applicable. Tenjin describes its service-data practices in its Privacy Policy and its processing terms in the Tenjin Data Processing Addendum.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Website contact form

If you submit the website contact form, the name, reply email, topic, subject, and message you provide are sent through FormSubmit so the inquiry can be delivered to Huanzhi by email. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or other information that is not needed for your request. FormSubmit describes its processing in its Privacy Policy.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention needs. Tenjin’s Data Processing Addendum states that attribution data is retained for 30 days to 24 months, with the period determined by customer configuration and partners’ contractual requirements, and is then securely deleted or anonymized unless law or a written agreement requires otherwise. This range does not identify the specific period for every data item or provider. Other providers may apply different retention periods under their terms. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may use device and platform settings to limit ad tracking, reset advertising identifiers, manage permissions, or request deletion of app data where supported. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing. Contact us to make a privacy request, including a request concerning attribution data processed for us by Tenjin. We will verify and route eligible requests to the relevant service provider when necessary.

Children

We do not knowingly request direct contact information from children through the game. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. Advertising and consent behavior may vary based on age, region, and platform requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game, our practices, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
